Researchers at airis4D have a very long association with IUCAA, Pune. It is from IUCAA, and through the association with Prof. Ajit Kembhavi, Prof. Naresh Dadich and several others that all Pune-related activities got initiated.

National Chemical Laboratory (CSIR-NCL), Pune, established in 1950, is a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). CSIR-NCL is a science and knowledge based research, development and consulting organization. airis4D collaborates with them in research on the appplications of AI in Chemical Sciences.
The National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), an autonomous organisation aided by the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, was established to facilitate cell biology research in the country. airis4D collaborate with NCCS in the application of AI in Biology for the betterment of our understanding of life.
